• All system sizes, prices, and configurations are based on information provided by the customer and findings from the site inspection.
• Final quotations are issued only after the site inspection.
• Prices may vary depending on location, system capacity, material availability, and installation conditions.

5. Payment Terms

• Solar installations may be available with a 30% initial down payment, subject to approval by the partner service provider.
• Monthly payment plans, where applicable, are governed by separate payment agreements.
• Installation typically commences within 48 hours after confirmation of the initial payment, subject to logistics and site readiness.

6. Installation & Warranty

• Installation timelines are estimates and may be affected by weather, logistics, or site conditions.
• Equipment warranties (where applicable) are provided by the partner company or equipment manufacturer.
• Lynxtech NG does not directly provide equipment warranties but facilitates communication between customers and service providers.

7. Limitation of Liability

Lynxtech NG shall not be held liable for:

• Technical faults, equipment defects, or performance issues arising after installation
• Delays caused by third-party installers, logistics, or force majeure events
• Indirect or consequential losses resulting from power usage or downtime
